Pre-training (5-8)

Our program is designed to help children  work on developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The class was created to be fun and motivational which fosters a "can do" attitude. No two classes are the same. Kids and teens never get bored and the originality of each workout keeps them excited about participating. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of the thoroughly trained instructors. For kids who are new to exercise, our program introduces them to fitness at an early age and makes it easier for them to continue this "healthy habit" for the rest of their lives. For kids who are already exercising or playing sports, our program is designed to help them reach their next level of fitness and improve their performance no matter what sport they play.

youth training (9-14)

For the young athlete who is interested in improving their overall athleticism. The program is designed to introduce all components of athletic training in a positive learning environment. Drills and applications are used to teach skills, while keeping athletes attentive and maximizing effort.

Athletes will receive:

  • Custom Speed and Strength Training Programs
  • Mobility & Flexibility Training
  • Quickness & Agility Training
  •  Strength Training

Group Times

Monday and Wednesday

  • 5:00 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m. 

Tuesday and Thursday

  • 5:00 p.m.

Pricing:

12 Sessions: $399 ($33/session)
24 Sessions: $699 ($29/session)
36 Sessions: $899 ($25/session)

Prep training (15-18)

High School Performance Training was created to increase speed and strength while decreasing an athlete’s risk for injury during the season. Each athlete will have their own customized training program and nutritional guideline based off their off season goals. This program gives the athlete a better opportunity to dominate on the playing field while also preparing athletes for upcoming summer camps and off season team workouts.

Athletes will receive:

  • Custom Speed and Strength Training Programs
  • Plyometrics (Vertimax Training)
  • Nutritional Consulting (Access to Fitness Nutrition Specialist)
  • Mobility & Flexibility Training
  • Quickness & Agility Training

Group Times:

  Monday-Thursday

3:30 p.m.
