For the young athlete who is interested in improving their overall athleticism. The program is designed to introduce all components of athletic training in a positive learning environment. Drills and applications are used to teach skills, while keeping athletes attentive and maximizing effort.

Athletes will receive:

 2 Day/Week $119.99/Month

 3 Day/Week $179.99/Month (8 week commitment)

High School Performance


High School Performance Training was created to increase speed and strength while decreasing an athlete’s risk for injury during the season. Each athlete will have their own customized training program and nutritional guideline based off their off season goals. This program gives the athlete a better opportunity to dominate on the playing field while also preparing athletes for upcoming summer camps and off season team workouts.

Athletes will receive:

  • Custom Speed and Strength Training Programs
  • Plyometrics (Vertimax Training)
  • Nutritional Consulting (Access to Fitness Nutrition Specialist)
  • Mobility & Flexibility Training
  • Quickness & Agility Training

Prices and Times:

2 Day Package $159.99/Month

 Fit Class

One of the most physical and mental workouts you will ever encounter. Throughout this monthly series of training you will indulge in a variety of exercises comprised of body weight, functional strength, and endurance-style training. We include a multitude of exercises into our workouts ranging from sled pulls/pushes, planks, wall squats, battle ropes, and everything in between.

  • Unlimited use of all adult classes. (Phase One classes included)

Team Training


Elite Ambitions Training will design an elite level team training program for your school or private organization. These workouts are specifically designed to enhance your teams speed, quickness, explosiveness, agility, strength, and mental capabilities. Training sessions are conducted at E.A.T. Or at the team's training facility in coordination with teams regular off season workout schedule. E.A.T. will introduce a wide variety of training drills and exercises to your team while educating athletes on the process needed to become an “ELITE” athlete.
